| SIMCommander Hierarchy |
The SIMCommander hierarchy is using a combination of parent-child and tree analogies, to synchronize data between Divisional SIMCommander Manager and the Master SIMCommander Manager. SIMCommander Managers can be associated to each other in a hierarchy for manipulation security alerts, and manage and configure SIMCommander components. For example, Master SIMCommander Manager can receive real-time alerts from Divisional SIMCommander Manager for central monitoring. Furthermore, Master SIMCommander Manager can send request and command to Divisional SIMCommander Manager for alert query, generate reports and configure Divisional SIMCommander Manager’s components.
SIMCommander hierarchy provides a central location for incident escalation and SLA control for different Divisional SOC. This helps to ensure the security management service delivery in consistent and high quality.
